Managed Backup
For Managed Backup, we use our existing backup server. It requires SSH access to your server and makes the data available via web (nextcloud). We recommend Managed Backup service when you don't want to be involved too much into the backup logic and want to focus on something else. We keep 4 daily backups, 4 weekly and 12 monthly. With our solution you usually need about 5x the original VM space to keep the total of 20 (4+4+12) backups.
Pricing
You can start to backup your VM with below plans. The cost is made of two parts, a one-time initial setup fee and the monthly plan you choose. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as we receive the order and will give you the access to the backup in 1 business day. Growing your storage after starting a plan is very easy and can be done anytime, 100 GB HDD is 2 CHF per month.
